Proud Supporters of St Wilfrid's Hospice

Our team at our Central Warehouse Distribution Centre have worked with St Wilfrid’s hospice for a number of years. Any unwanted wallpaper, paint and fabrics are often donated to St Wilfrid’s charity shops so they can raise money for the vital work the hospice carries out.

Recently, St Wilfrid’s has been able to open a fantastic charity shop in Eastbourne town centre, only minutes away from Brewers Head Office, Albany House! It was a pleasure to be able to see a sneak preview of the shop before it welcomed shoppers. 

The volunteers at the charity shop felt it was important to create a real sense of home and inspire the community to shop second hand furniture. Colour became a central aspect to this vision, so the shop celebrates colour in such a beautiful way. 

Albany Tropique wallpaper hangs proudly in the shop as the turquoise and pink colourway matches the hospice’s colours perfectly. Drawing inspiration from the showroom in Brewers Eastbourne, the team have been able to showcase all the products available, creating a lovely welcoming space to shop in.

The shop solely relies on donations of furniture and home accessories which means the team have to get really creative with their displays. The finished result looks fantastic, and we wish the team the best of luck with their new store opening!
