Surrey Care Trust Makes a Splash with Successful Annual Duck Dash!

Armed with Albany Paint, Brewers Guildford were tasked with decorating one of the 2ft fibreglass ducks, adding a spectacular visual element to the day and forming a part of the vibrant parade of giant ducks, beautifully decorated by a range of local supporters.

These unique creations powerfully highlighted the Trust's impactful work and the tangible difference they make in the community.

Hundreds of rubber ducks bravely navigated the waters, cheered on by enthusiastic spectators, all in aid of the Trust's impactful community programs.

The event, a staple in the Surrey calendar, saw families, friends, and supporters gather to witness the quacking good race.

Beyond the race itself, the Duck Dash offered a delightful day out for all ages, alongside the Guildford Lions' popular Raft Race, creating a true festival of river fun. 

The funds raised from the Duck Dash will directly benefit Surrey Care Trust's wide range of services, including mentoring, education, and practical support programmes that helps people gain confidence, skills, and qualifications to improve their lives.
