Celebrating the achievements of Sussex students

On Thursday 4th January Sussex Downs College celebrated the achievements of its learners and staff at the Annual Student Awards held at The Grand Hotel, Eastbourne.

Nominees were joined by friends and family, College Governors, Faculty Directors, award sponsors and prestigious guests including the Mayor of Eastbourne and Councillor Janet Baah and Stephen Lloyd, MP for Eastbourne & Willingdon.

Brewers Decorator Centres proudly sponsored the Vocational Award awarded to Rebecca West and Highly Commended Julian Wickens. Tony Guarino and James Gillespie presented the award to Rebecca.
