Hamper Raffle At Brewers Telford Supports Local Hospice

When Brewers Telford received a luxury hamper from HB42 (manufacturers of trade quality products including caulks, sealants and fillers), they decided to raffle it off and raise money for a local charity called Severn Hospice.

The winner was Richard Hindley, Manager at RAH Decorating Services who is pictured here receiving his prize from charity representative, Denise Onions.

Branch Manager, Dominic Wootton, said: ‘We were pleased to raise £124 for the charity. We chose the hospice as its local and I think it affects a lot of people, so we did our bit to try and help.’

Severn Hospice gives specialist care and support free of charge to families across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin and Mid Wales, who are living with an incurable illness. Since 1989, they have given free care and support to more than 34,000 people and now help more than 2,000 local people every year. They are a completely independent charity, having to raise around two-thirds of their running costs.
