The Year Six Legacy at Broughton Fields Primary School

Due to the pandemic, year six pupils have had to sadly miss out on many end of primary school traditions. However, Broughton Fields Primary School wanted to ensure that the Year 6 pupils of 2020 left behind a legacy to not only create some everlasting memories for the children, but so the school had a reminder of them as well. The project involved improving an outdoor space used by the younger children at the school, so the students were tasked with painting the fence and shed in the area. Brewers Milton Keynes were happy to help and kindly donated some mis-tinted paint to inject some much-needed colour into the space. The Year 1 outdoor area has had a real lift and has resulted in the children using the space every day during play.
