Crown Trade Next Generation Plus Gloss is a high VOC content gloss finish. A washable oil based product that is applied by brush or roller and is suitable for interior and exterior use. 
Touch dry in 4-6 hours and recoatable after 16-24 hours. Gloss is a tough, durable high sheen finish for wood and metal, providing good resistance to knocking and scuffing. 

Can be applied over most previously painted surfaces without an undercoat. On new surfaces apply over the top of a suitable primer and undercoat.

Additional Information

For Interior and Exterior use. Crown Trade Next Generation Plus Gloss is part of a premium gloss system. It offers excellent application and flow properties along with a beautiful high gloss finish. For the perfect finish always use with Next Generation Plus Undercoat.

Preparation
Ensure that all surfaces are sound, dry, clean and free from dirt, oil, grease or other contamination. Bare surfaces should be primed with the appropriate Crown Trade Primer followed by 1 or 2 coats of Crown Trade Next Generation Plus Undercoat. Existing paintwork in sound condition should be washed down with a warm detergent solution and thoroughly abraded with a wet and dry abrasive paper to remove surface contamination and provide a key, rinse with clean water.

Application
Stir thoroughly. Apply by brush or roller. A characteristic of the new technology used in this product is that whiteness intensifies as the paint dries.

Spreading Capacity
12 - 18m² per litre. Do not over apply.

Drying
In good conditions: Touch dry in from 6 hours. Recoatable after 16 - 24 hours. Ensure previous coat is fully dry before application. Our products are formulated to the highest quality, however recent changes made to meet the reduced solvent levels required by current legislation may in certain circumstances, such as lack of daylight, lead to white and very pale colours yellowing overtime. Do not apply when air or substrate temperature is likely to fall below 8°C or when relative humidity is above 80% during application or drying period. A characteristic of the new technology used in this product is that whiteness intensifies as the paint dries.
