Crown Trade Clean Extreme Durable Acrylic Eggshell is a medium VOC content eggshell finish. A scrubbable product which is thinned with water and is applied by brush, roller or airless spray and is suitable for interior use and is touch dry in 1-2 hours and recoatable after 4 hours. 

Being a water based eggshell it is a tough, durable mid sheen finish for interior plaster and wood. With a highly scrubbable finish it is an ideal product for high traffic areas such as hallways, kitchens and bathrooms. 

Can be applied over most previously painted surfaces without an undercoat. On new plaster surfaces thin the first coat with water to the manufacturers recommendations. On new wooden surfaces apply over the top of a suitable primer.

FOR INTERIOR USE
Crown Trade's Clean Extreme Durable Acrylic Eggshell offers the professional an acrylic paint with durability and longevity to allow for repetitive cleaning. ISO 11998 is an industry standard test method used to determine the wet scrub resistance of a dry paint film. Most marks will scrub away with water alone. For more extensive stains use a mild detergent.

Preparation
All surfaces must be sound, clean, suitably dry and free from anything that will interfere with the adhesion of the materials to be applied. Thoroughly abrade any areas with a high sheen level. Avoid the inhalation of dust. Wear a suitable face mask if dry sanding.

Application
Stir thoroughly. Crown Trade Clean Extreme Durable Acrylic Eggshell may be applied by brush, good quality medium pile roller or airless spray. This product is recommended for use as supplied. However, on new plaster or highly porous surfaces, apply a mist coat of Crown Trade Clean Extreme Durable Acrylic Eggshell thinned with 40% clean water.
For application by airless spray, thin up to a maximum of 10% by volume with clean water. Use 0.013"-0.015" tip and fluid pressure of approximately 22501b psi (155 bar).
Do not apply when air or substrate temperatures are likely to fall below 8°C or when the relative humidity is above 80% during the application or drying period.

Spreading Capacity
Up to 14m² per litre on a smooth non-absorbent surface.

Drying
Touch dry in 1-2 hours. Recoatable after 4 hours.

Cleaning
Clean equipment with water immediately after use.

Transportation and Storage
Ensure this pack is stored upright and secure at all times. Do not store below 5°C or above 40°C.
