Dulux Trade Mouldshield Matt is a high opacity, washable mould inhibiting finish for interior walls and ceilings. Contains antifungal technology to prevent the growth of fungi and mould.  

Dulux Trade Mouldshield Matt is a water-based, low-odour fungicidal that is water thinnable. Recoatable in 4-6 hours and touch dry in 2-4 hours. Suitable for application by brush or roller, with coverage up to 17sq/m per litre.

Additional Information

Mouldshield Fungicidal Matt contains a special fungicide which inhibits the growth of fungi and mould inside buildings. Its broad spectrum of antifungal activity makes it ideal for most interior walls and ceilings likely to be disfigured by mould. Tested to BS 3900 Part G6.


Surface Preparation

To get the best results, ensure surfaces to be painted are sound, clean and dry.


Application

Brush or roller only. For Health and Safety reasons related to all fungicidal paints, spray application is not recommended.

Stir thoroughly before use. The normal finishing process is 2 full coats of Mouldshield Fungicidal Matt from Dulux Trade, but on previously painted surfaces in good condition, where similar colours are used, 1 coat may be sufficient.


Cleaning Up

After use, remove as much paint as possible from equipment before cleaning with water. Do not use or store in extremes of temperature. When this paint container is empty please ask your stockist about recycling. If you have leftover paint, please dispose of it responsibly.
