Dulux Trade Supermatt is a decorative coating for use on new plaster surfaces. This product is thinned with water and is applied by brush, roller, airless spray or HVLP spray. Can be applied to coated plaster surfaces without thinning. On new plaster, thin the first coat with water to manufacturers recommendations.  

Dulux Trade Supermatt Matt is a water-based trim solution compared to traditional solvent-based finishes. The finish has been produced with reduced carbon and energy, resulting in a low VOC content matt finish.  

Suitable for interior use. Touch dry in 1-2 hours and recoatable after 2-4 hours.  

Supermatt provides a water permeable finish which allows the substrate to dry. Non-wipeable products are not suitable for wiping, washing or scrubbing.

Surface Preparation

To get the best results with Dulux Trade Supermatt, make sure surfaces to be painted are sound, clean and dry.

Application

  • Brush, roller or spray.
  • Stir thoroughly before use.
  • Seal new or bare surfaces with a thinned first coat of Dulux Trade Supermatt (up to 1 part clean water to 3 parts paint).
  • The normal finishing process is 2 coats of thinned Dulux Trade Supermatt (up to 1 part clean water to 5 parts paint).

Cleaning Up

After use, remove as much paint as possible from equipment before cleaning with water. Do not use or store in extremes of temperature and protect from frost. When this paint container is empty please ask your stockist about recycling.
