Touch dry in 2 hours and Re-coatable in 4 hours.

Johnstone's Trade Cleanable Matt is a tough premium matt emulsion that is designed to extend maintenance cycles through its excellent stain resistance and high durability. Designed for high traffic areas, which require frequent cleaning, it helps to prevent stains setting into the paint and makes removing stains and marks easier. Touch dry in 2 hours and Re-coatable in 4 hours.

Preparation

All surfaces to be painted should be clean, dry and free from loose and flaking material. Rub down previously gloss painted surfaces with fine waterproof abrasive paper and rinse thoroughly. Avoid the inhalation of dust. Wear a suitable face mask if dry sanding.

Applicaiton

  • Ensure good ventilation during application and drying.
  • Stir well.
  • Easy to apply by brush or roller.
  • Also suitable for application by spray.
  • Seal absorbent surfaces such as new plaster with a coat of Cleanable Matt thinned up to 20% with clean water.
  • Do not apply in temperatures below 10°C or in damp conditions.
