Armstead Trade Metal Primer Zinc Phosphate is a high VOC content finish. Applied by brush or roller, suitable for interior or exterior use and touch dry in 2-6 hours and recoatable after 6-16 hours.
A professional quality metal primer that has excellent adhesion and inhibits rust, preventing the spread of corrosion. Generally resistant to heat up to 90°C.
Not suitable as a primer for Acrylated Rubber Paints.

Surface Preparation
To get the best results with Armstead Trade Metal Primer Zinc Phosphate, make sure surfaces to be painted are sound, clean and dry (new surfaces particularly must be fully dry).
Application
Brush or roller only. For Health and Safety reasons related to all solvent based paints, spray application is not recommended. Stir thoroughly before use. After suitable surface preparation, apply 1 coat of Armstead Trade Metal Primer Zinc Phosphate, followed by an appropriate Armstead Trade paint system.
Touch dry in 1-4 hours.
Recoat: 6-16 hours.
Cleaning Up
After use, remove as much paint as possible from equipment before cleaning with brush cleaner. Do not use or store in extremes of temperature. When this paint container is empty please ask your stockist about recycling.
