Earthborn Bonding Primer is to be used on previously painted, sound masonry substrates, suitable for both internal and external use.

Use Earthborn Bonding Primer with Earthborn Silicate Masonry Paint to create a highly breathable, strong mechanical bond, helping the paint grip the previously painted surface. For internal use, apply before Earthborn Claypaint to even out differences in surface absorbency. Earthborn primers are water-based and virtually VOC-free.

To use, apply 1 full coat of Earthborn Bonding Primer followed by 2 full coats of Earthborn Silicate Masonry Paint. If you have bare porous exterior masonry, you should use the breathable Earthborn Silicate Primer instead.
