Earthborn Silicate Primer is ideal for masonry substrates that are bare, porous and previously unpainted. Can be used on substrates such as lime plaster, stone, pebbledash and concrete. It can also be used to stabilise interior or exterior mineral surfaces that are very absorbent or powdery.

Use Earthborn Silicate Primer prior to Earthborn Silicate Masonry Paint to create a highly breathable and permanent chemical bond. Earthborn primers are water-based and virtually VOC-free.

Application is by brush or roller. Silicate Primer is not suitable for use in a spray gun.

If you have masonry surfaces that have been previously painted, use Earthborn Bonding Primer instead.
