Coo-Var Solar Reflective Paint is a high sheen bituminous based aluminium coating for interior and exterior use. 

Suitable for use on concrete, brick, wood and felt materials where it is designed to reflect direct sunlight and heat build up on roofs. 

Application is by brush or roller with coverage up to 6sq/m per litre. Touch dry in up to 1 hour and recoatable in 6 hours.

Additional information

Surface Preparation

All surfaces should be clean, dry, sound and free from contaminants.

Existing Painted surfaces should be cleaned, degreased and sanded to ensure an adequate "key" is produced. Remove all loose, flaking material and treat bare areas as new substrate then prepare accordingly.

Application

  • Important to ensure no sediment is left on the bottom of the can and the product is thoroughly mixed.
  • In confined spaces, provide adequate ventilation during application and drying.
