Supporting Shrewsbury College Group

Brewers Shrewsbury are proud to support the Shrewsbury College Group for the second year, supporting the painters and decorators of tomorrow whilst helping to foster an engaging learning environment.

Dan, Store Manager at Brewers Shrewsbury, got in touch with the college and met with Jose (one of the tutors at the college) and found out how passionate he is about the decorating industry. Jose really wanted to bolster the painting and decorating course, so Dan and Area Development Manager, Rob, have been doing as much as they can to support Jose’s goal. 

Dan and Rob have attended many open evenings and diversity inclusion days, organised for a coach to visit the P&D Show in Coventry, class presentations and organising support direct from suppliers including Zinsser, Ciret, Osmo and Beissier. On the 13^th of June, Brewers Shrewsbury held an in store celebration with a Brewers Shield Award for the top performing students that will take place at the end of every academic year going forward.
