Adding Pops Of Colour To St Michael’s Hospice Charity Shops

The Brewers Foundation were delighted to support St Michael’s Hospice with the donation of 18L of brightly coloured hues to redecorate their charity shops and furniture store. 

These spaces provide much needed income for the Basingstoke based hospice who support people across North Hampshire with a life-limiting illness, are facing the end-of-life or experiencing bereavement.

Retail Business Manager, Colin Tanner, said:

“We’re incredibly grateful to Brewers for their generous donation of paint, which has had a real impact on our St Michael’s Hospice’s furniture store. 

With a large showroom to maintain, purchasing the paint ourselves would have meant diverting funds away from patient care.

Thanks to Brewers, we were able to refresh the space using beautiful teal and pink accent colours that reflect our Income Generation team's branding.

The feature walls have completely transformed the showroom, creating a warm, welcoming space that has enhanced both the shopping experience for our customers and the visibility of our charity’s mission.”

Now the furniture store has received a makeover, the plan is to renovate the other 10 retail stores in the coming months.
