A hive of creativeness after a very ‘buzzy’ weekend

October 31st, 2017

Trapped in Zone One have collaborated with Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park to transform the walls of Tower Hamlets by showcasing nature through urban art on a regenerated park landscape. Each mural painted is nature themed featuring birds.

Brewers Bow branch manager Neil, has kindly donated a variety of miss tinted products and painting tools to help with the project.

The first mural was completed on Saturday 28th October and is based on the #SaveOurBees campaign. Jerome Davenport – a London based Australian artist – painted the stunning mural.

On Saturday 4th November Curtis Hylton, Woskerski, Aspire and Sophie Meseg will be creating more spectacular murals.

In addition to each mural, a remembrance floral tribute will be created on Saturday 4th November to signify different nations involved in the Labour Corps of the WW1 commemorating their bravery and sacrifice. The #Unremembered project will be led by the Big Ideas Company.
