Celebrating World Menopause Day: Our Journey to Menopause-Friendly Accreditation

This World Menopause Day, we're
excited to share our progress towards becoming a menopause-friendly employer.
In the last 12 months we have:

Introduced
a menopause policy, to outline our support for colleagues.

Rolled-out
online learning for all colleagues about menopause.
·
Planned
training for managers on menopause awareness which will take place in 2024.
·
Made
resources available on our intranet for colleagues to refer to.
·
Had
more discussions and conversations about the menopause than ever before.
We're dedicated to creating an
inclusive and supportive workplace. Menopause can be challenging and
overlooked, so we're committed to ensuring our colleagues feel empowered and
supported during this phase. We also want to support colleagues, who
themselves are supporting people at work or in their life through the
menopause.
Now, we're on the path to becoming a
Menopause-Friendly Employer, demonstrating our commitment to open discussions
and accommodations. On World Menopause Day we encourage colleagues to participate
in our first menopause quiz to encourage learning and conversation about this
important topic.
