Donating Albany Woodcare To College For A Bleating Good Weekend!

At Brewers, we love supporting our future tradespeople, by offering supplies, talks and extra support to colleges up and down the country.

So when Brewers Technical Trainer, Karen Wyatt, was recently approached by Hope West (Head of Apprenticeships) from Hadlow College (Kent’s only rural and land-based college) to supply some paints for their upcoming lambing weekend and photo opportunity exhibition stand, it was a very easy “yes”!

Area Development Manager, Shayne McCosh, was very pleased to help and donated 3 colours in Albany Masterdec, as well as brushes and rollers to enable the project to be completed in time for Hadlow College’s lambing weekend at the end of April.

Karen also went one step further and completed the works in her own time to ensure this was done and ready for the special weekend!

Hope West, Head of Apprenticeships, said:

“After speaking to Karen Wyatt about my ideas for our display, I was delighted that Brewers had kindly agreed to supply the paint for one of the display stands for Hadlow Colleges Lambing weekend which was made by our very own carpentry students and tutors.”
