Fair Fundraising With Brewers High Wycombe!

A big shout out to Senior Sales Advisor at Brewers High Wycombe, Caroline Busby who set up a stall at a local fete with Brewers, raising money for a cancer charity.

 The fete was held in a local village called Prestwood where Caroline’s son has an interior design shop and is on the village committee. She manned a Brewers’ stand during the day, getting involved with the local community.

The stall also gave some much needed support to a charity (of which Caroline is a committee member) called Rob’sARTTT. The charity was set up by a friend of Caroline’s son when he was diagnosed with a rare cancer at the age of 15 and that Caroline herself had in 2017. They raise an astonishing £30,000 every two years which has helped recently fund a vital piece of equipment costing £800,000.

Caroline said: ‘I roped in some volunteers to help and we had lots of fun activities including a charity tombola and guess the sweets in the jars. We worked from 5.30am till 10pm at night so it was a long day and over £282 was raised for the charity. We have got lots more events planned and hoping to do the same thing again for a Christmas fair!’
