Paint for Walls and Ceilings:
If you are looking to paint your walls and ceilings, Earthborn have two products, Claypaint and Lifestyle Emulsion.
Earthborn Claypaint is the most breathable paint in the range which has an ultra matt finish that softens and enhances the light in a room. It has a wipeable finish and can be recoated after 6-12 hours with no odour or emissions.
For a more durable finish, Earthborn’s Lifestyle Emulsion is perfect for high traffic areas.
The high solid content gives excellent covering properties, making the paint much easy to apply.
Lifestyle Emulsion can be used on porous and dry surfaces such as wood, plaster, wallpaper, and other primed surfaces.
If your wall has dry stubborn stains, use Earthborn Isolating Primer as it contains a stain inhibitor to stop stains bleeding through the paintwork.
Treat stains such as graffiti, water stains, smoke stains, crayon, creosote, hand marks and more.
Earthborn Wall Glaze is another problem-solving product which is water-based and a clear glaze which can be used before painting powdery, sandy surfaces to stabilise them.
Alternatively, use as a topcoat to produce a protective and washable glaze.
Paints for Wood:
Earthborn Eco Chic Claypaint is the perfect paint to breathe new life into furniture.
The product is VOC free and highly breathable, which looks after your furniture as well.
Eco Chic is a flat matt finish and can be finished with Earthborn Furniture Wax to really create a standout piece.
The clear wax satin finish will produce a decorative effect and durable finish as it repels water, grease, and dust.
Alternatively, apply Earthborn Furniture Glaze to offer protection against various decorative affects you may have applied to your furniture. The glaze can darken the colour so be sure to test the product first.
Earthborn Eggshell No.17 is a washable, durable and scuff resistant finish which is suitable for interior woodwork.
Available as a silk finish, Eggshell No.17 can be used on window frames, doors, furniture, skirting boards, shelving and other smooth planed wood.
Outside the Home:
Earthborn Silicate Masonry is a highly durable mineral paint that dries to a classic, matt finish.
The product is water repellent and highly breathable which is a great alternative to traditional masonry finishes.
For Earthborn Silicate Masonry Paint to work effectively, ensure the correct Earthborn primer is used, as this will create a highly breathable, chemical bond with a beautiful matt finish.
Earthborn Silicate Primer should be used on any mineral surface that is powdery or absorbent and can be used on a range of surfaces including masonry, stone, pebble dash, plaster and concrete.
Earthborn Bonding Primer should be used on previously painted and sound masonry substrates. 1 coat of Bonding Primer should be applied followed by 2 coats of Silicate Masonry Paint.
Colours:
Earthborn Classic Eco Paint colours are available in Claypaint, Lifestyle, Eco Chic and Eggshell No. 17 finishes.
The signature palette is also accompanied by 12 Modern Country Colours which have been produced in partnership with Country Homes & Interiors magazines.
Earthborn Silicate Masonry Paint is also available in 48 standard colours ranging from earthy greens to balanced neutrals.
