Organic growth, such as mould or algae, can form on surfaces in warm or cold damp conditions.
Preparation
Do not dry brush, as this can spread spores.
Wash the affected surface thoroughly with a fungicidal wash, rinse with clean water, and allow to dry. Repeat the process to ensure all spores are removed
Bag and dispose of any cloths or cleaning materials used to prevent recontamination.
Topcoat
Apply two coats of a suitable mould resistant finish to prevent regrowth.
