Paper or wallpaper is a material used to decorate internal walls and ceilings, it comes in many types and thicknesses and there are many grades of linning papers too. There are also "heavy textured" papers ie Anaglypta which are all suitable for decoration
Preparation
Ensure surface is sound dry and clean
If any mould or mildew is apparent, treat with a suitable fungicidal solution, rinse again with clean water and allow to dry.
Depending on surface substrate check condition and carry out any remedial works required to make sound
Basecoat
Use a suitable primer for sealing the surface ready for the next step.
Topcoat
Once the surface is clean and all loose material has been removed, apply 2 coats of a suitable finish.
